Free Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders with a total value of €69 or more. This applies to all eligible destinations within Germany and the European Union. The following conditions apply:

  • The €69 threshold is calculated after any discounts or promotions have been applied and before shipping fees.
  • Free shipping is not applicable to expedited or express shipping methods.
  • Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent using our standard delivery service.

Important Information

Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs must be covered by the customer.

 

USA Shipping:
Due to current regulations, postal shipping of goods to the USA with DHL Paket International and Warenpost International is temporarily suspended as of August 25, 2025.

 

Delivery Issues

Damaged Packages

Please pay attention to the condition of your delivery on its arrival. It can be opened while witnessed by the postman. Don’t accept any damaged or pre-opened packages – otherwise you accept the receipt of the undamaged delivery in silence (if in doubt, note the name of the postman or employee of shipping).


Missing shipment

You have up to 60 days from the date of shipment to claim your package as lost in order to receive a refund for your missing item(s), or a reshipment if stock permits.

  • EU: contact us after 3–4 weeks
  • International: contact us after 6 weeks

If you receive tracking on an order but it has not been updated beyond the “pre-shipment” or “label created” stage within 2 weeks, please reach out to us to look into it for you.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. Shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.
